returns policy

NO QUESTIONS ASKED! 7 DAY RETURNS.

we’re so sure you'll love our products as much as we do that that we offer a full refund or exchange on any item for any reason, up to a maximum of 7 days from the your receipt of goods. any refund will be made via the same payment method used in the original transaction, and will be made within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

you have the statutory right to cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. you also have the statutory right to withdraw from the order at any time after it has been dispatched, but no later than seven working days after the day you receive the product. 

if you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@finnberry.co.uk and provide us with your name, address and order reference number. 

FAULTY ITEMS

we will replace any faulty item with the same product within the first 30 days. this includes all costs associated with delivery and return of the faulty product. goods should be returned as per our returns procedure.

DAMAGED IN DELIVERY

in the unlikely event that an item is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days at info@finnberry.co.uk. in this instance, a replacement will be issued as soon as possible following the return of the damaged item. if a replacement is unavailable, a full refund or exchange will be given. the damaged item should be returned as per our usual returns procedure.

in the unlikely event that the content of your order has been delivered incorrectly, we ask that you notify us at info@finnberry.co.uk within 7 days.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

please email info@finnberry.co.uk and quote your order number in all correspondence. a member of our team will reply within a maximum of 2 working days and advise you how to proceed with your return.

please note that responsibility for returning all goods lies with the customer. for this reason, we recommend using a recorded method of posting. parcels should be carefully packaged, should have the address clearly printed and should contain a copy of your original delivery documentation.

please note, this is the only means by which an item can be returned to Finnberry Limited.

LOST GOODS

if your parcel has been lost in the post, royal mail will only investigate seventeen working days after it was dispatched. after their investigations have been completed and, if your parcel has still not materialised, they will refund our order value and shipping costs. we can then either resend your order or reimburse you if you require.

all the prices on our website are in pounds sterling, including vat where applicable.
